Free shipping for orders over $50. We currently only offer shipping within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. All orders are dispatched from our US warehouse within 2 - 3 business days.
In Store Pickup
You can pick up your order in store, in Elkader, Iowa, during regular store business hours. Please use the contact form if you need to set up an alternate time to pick up your order.

Returns
You will need to make a request to return an item within 30 days of shipment. Please contact us via the contact form to initiate a return. You will have the option for a refund or replacement item (when available) to be sent. Refund will not include original shipping cost.
