There is a flat shipping fee of $7.50 on most items, with the exception of oversize items. Oversized or extra heavy items have a flat fee of $20. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders (excluding oversized items) over $75. You will also have the opportunity to select a faster shipping option for a variable rate at checkout.

You will need to make a request to return an item within 30 days of shipment due to style, shape, quality, or changed your mind, if you wish to receive a refund. Please contact us via the contact form and include the order number, product name, and reason for return. You will have the option for a refund or replacement item (when available) to be sent. Refund amount will not include original shipping cost, unless the refund is due to damaged product.

If it is past 30 days you will have the option to return for a replacement of the item (when available) or store credit. Store credit will not include the original shipping cost and is subject to a return shipping fee.

We encourage anyone local to return in store to avoid return shipping fees. Please complete the return form to begin a return.

Clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Returns will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned product.

Shipping is only available in the continental United States. Products will be shipped within 2 business days, Monday-Friday. In-store pick up will be ready within 24 hours.

Shipping timeframe depends on the shipping selection made at checkout. If you reach the free shipping threshold the timeline will depend on your location, with an average of 4-5 days.

Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions. Free shipping with orders over $50 does not count as a discount code and will still apply.
