We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.50 for most products, with the exception of oversized items. Receive free shipping when you spend $75 or more. Oversized or extra heavy products have a flat shipping rate of $20.

Shipping is only available in the continental United States. Products will be shipped within 2 business days, Monday-Friday. In-store pick up will be ready within 24 hours.

Shipping timeframe depends on the shipping selection made at checkout. You will have the opportunity to select a faster shipping speed at a variable rate at checkout.

You will need to make a request to return an item within 30 days of shipment due to style, shape, quality, or changed your mind, if you wish to receive a refund. Please contact us via the contact form and include the order number, product name, and reason for return. You will have the option for a refund or replacement item (when available) to be sent. Refund amount will not include original shipping cost, unless the refund is due to damaged product.

If it is past 30 days you will have the option to return for a replacement of the item (when available) or store credit. Store credit will not include the original shipping cost, and will be for the original cost of the item, minus $5 for return shipping.

We encourage anyone local to return in store to avoid return shipping fees. Please complete the return form to begin a return.

Clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Returns will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned product.
